From Frustration to Success

Did you know that only 5% of all online entrepreneurs are
making money? Does that statistic surprise you?

Why do 95% of those attempting an Internet business fail?
Most times it is due to frustration. After numerous attempts,
spending money, devoting large chunks of time, seeing little
or no return, most will give up thinking that they chose
the wrong product, service or opportunity. Some will go
on to try a new Internet venture just to go through the
same thing all over again.

This does not have to be the case. The Internet is still
in it's youth with plenty of room for growth. Each and
everyone one of us has the potential to make a substantial
income from an online business. A business that is truly
yours, with no boss looking over your shoulder, no commute,
no dress code and no set hours.

So why are only a few becoming successful while the majority
fail? The main reason is the frustration of not knowing
how to market and promote along with a lack of motivation
and determination when the going gets rough.

Have you noticed the number of consultant and mentoring
services that offer to help you become successful lately?
There is a reason that we are seeing more and more of them.
These services have become a necessity for anyone who
truly wants to become a success on the Internet.

The days of finding a mentor that has been there and done
that, who will gladly take you under their wing to show you
what to do, seem to be gone. Discussion boards are full
of new entrepreneurs looking for help from some of the
successful business men and women on the Internet to no
avail. Most of the Professionals are leaving the new
entrepreneur with too many missing pieces to the marketing
puzzle and leaving them no choice but to go it on their own.

You need to be able to learn from people that have already
learned from their successes and failures. These people
have developed a keen sense of what works and what doesn't.
Even more, they can help you find your way through the
maze of marketing to be able to build your online business.

When considering one of these services you want to be sure
that you will have access to the successful entrepreneurs
since they are the ones that you can learn from. You will
want to see solid information, if you see fluff and hype
keep on looking. If they have testimonials, check them out.
You will be able to make a more informed decision about the
service from people that are already using it. Is there
a money back guarantee? Do they guarantee your success?
If their service is all it is suppose to be they will have
no problem making these type of guarantees.

Once you do join one of these services you have to make
use of it. All to often I have seen people buy products
to help with their business and then never use them to
their full extent. You will not get the help you Need and
Want if you sit back and do nothing. Apply yourself, use
every aspect of the service that you possibly can.
Get your money's worth plus some.

Don't let yourself become part of the 95% that fail when
you could follow right in the footsteps of some of the
successful entrepreneurs that can and will guide you and
motivate you while helping you to build your business.

How to Beat the Debt Monster!

More money is owed by Americans today than ever before.

Total household debts, including mortgages, have skyrocketed.
You have probably noticed an increasing concern about debt
recently.

**Note** If you can answer yes to one or more of the following
questions, you most likely have a debt problem.

1). Do you possess 10 or more credit cards?

2). Is your Savings a minimum of 8-10 percent of your total
income?

3). Do you have a co-signer on a loan due to poor or late
credit?

4). Do you only make the least amount of monthly payment
allowed on your credit cards?

5). Do you "Rob Peter to pay Paul"?

6). Do you owe so much money you can not even estimate how
much you owe?

Taking the following steps will help you beat the Debt Monster
regardless of how deep on debt you are.

1). Organize your loans from the most to the least interest
rate. Credit Cards are usually the highest, then unsecured
loans, car loans, student loans and mortgages.

2). Start an emergency fund and when it reaches 3-6 months
take-home pay, use as much of it as you can toward paying
off any debt you owe an 8 percent rate on.

3). Refinance. If you have a Mortgage you might save a large
sum by refinancing. The most common mortgage is a fixed
rate 30-year plan.

Consult with a company that specializes in lowering mortgage
costs and refinancing. There are companies that offer this
service without charging a fee unless a savings can be achieved
for you.

4). Consolidate. You can combine several high-interest loans
into one loan with a lower rate. There are many options you
can investigate through government and private lenders.

5). Negotiate. When it comes down to the bottom line , many
banks and card issuers would rather lower your interest
rates or fees than lose your patronage.

Call your credit card issuer and threaten to transfer your
credit card debt to a competitor with a lower interest rate and
cancel your account with them. If they don't want to negotiate,
go ahead and change.

Here are three more steps to help you beat the Debt Monster.

1). Figure out how much debt you have. Most people have some
debt due to mortgages and/or student loans.

2). Check your credit report for errors. Your credit history
needs to look as clean as possible.

To get a copy of your credit history, contact one of these main
credit reporting companies:

Experian 1-800-682-7654 They will provide one free credit
report for you every year.

Equifax 1-800-685-1111 Reports cost about $8 each.

Trans Union 1-800-916-8800

When you receive your report, check all information carefully.
Do not assume the important information is correct. Social
Security numbers, addresses, even name spelling errors may link
you to someone else's records. If you spot an error, copy it
and send it to all of the Credit Reporting Companies. They are
required by law to check the accuracy of their information and
respond to your complaint within 30 days.

Cleaning up any errors will make your credit report look
better.

Last of all, and maybe most importantly, don't be afraid to ask
for help. If you're really in over your head, call the
non-profit Consumer Credit Reporting Services at
1-800-388-CCSS. Most of these offices will counsel you for
free. They can assist you with trimming expenses and budget
planning. However, they usually charge a small fee for having
to deal with creditors to lower your monthly payments.

Reduction Analysis can be located online at:

Following these guidelines will help you to beat the Debt
