Financial Aid Administrator / Cyber Campus
Responsible for the development of the student's complete financial aid package including the completion of the payment plan selected and obtaining the financial aid documentation necessary for disbursement of funds.

Customer Care Trainees (available ASAP!)
Receives (by telephone) customer requests for quotations, order status, adjustments, shipping/freight problems, credit issues, changes, catalog/information requests, etc. and professionally responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
Uses the computer to retrieve customer information, check available inventory, enter customer order or make changes to an existing order.
Requires High School diploma or equivalent, Computer/PC skills, minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
