Submitting an order for membership means that you are aware of the $4.00 nonrefundable processing fee that is already included in the cost of your membership. All software products are returned at the customer's expense.  However, OutSource2000 will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged products back to you. All exchanges must be done within 30 days.

Submitting an order for software (CD-ROM or diskette) means that you are aware of the additional $4.00 shipping and handling fee that will be added to the cost of your order.  No matter how many software products you purchase per order, or what country your order is being shipped to, you will only be charged ONE $4.00 fee for the entire order.  Example: you place an order consisting of one CD costing $59.00 and one diskette costing $14.95.  Your total cost for this order will be just $77.95 which includes the $4.00 shipping and handling fee.

Submitting an order for software (download) means that you are aware of the additional $2.00 handling fee that will be added to the cost of your order.  No matter how many software downloads you purchase per order you will only be charged ONE $2.00 fee for the entire order.  Example: you place an order consisting of one download costing $19.95 and one costing $14.95.  Your total cost for this order will be just $36.90 which includes the $2.00 handling fee.
